TOP PRIORITY FOR IMMEDIATE BROADCAST

For people in North West Pastoral district.

Issued at 11:29 pm Friday, 2 October 2026.

Severe thunderstorms are no longer occurring.

Weather Situation: Severe thunderstorms about the Southern Interior of WA in a moist unstable airmass have eased and no longer pose a threat.

This warning is now cancelled.

The State Emergency Service advises that people should: * Keep clear of fallen power lines. * Beware of fallen trees or debris on the road. * Don't drive, ride or walk through flood water. * Keep clear of creeks and storm drains.
